The copy is initiated from the app that they are currently in, so try selecting one of the apps where you have those PDFs and see if that app has a 'copy' or 'open in' function which will copy them to PDF Expert.
Otherwise you can copy them via your computer's iTunes e. Or you might be able to email them from your current apps and then use 'open in' on the attachment in Mail to open them in PDF Expert - but if there are a lot of PDFs as you imply then this may be slower. Transfer files between iOS device and desktop using Wi-Fi There is an easy way to wirelessly transfer files from a computer to your iPhone or iPad and vice versa using Wi-Fi. Launch PDF Expert. Only iBooks seems to be able to open the file, which is unfortunate since I cannot use iBooks to annotate or highlight the book. Thanks for your help anyway. I learned something new. It's my PDF reader of choice on the iPad. There are two types of viewing engines - the ones that we've written ourselves, and the built-in device's standard viewing engine. Our own engines provide great flexibility and many additional features not found in the built-in engine for example, opening very large files. The built-in engine is very powerful and knows many file formats, but has many limitations and no additional features.
And as a free bonus - files of normal size iOS standard viewing engine :. It has just occurred to me that you can copy the PDF in two halves into a new document and then create PDFs out of those without recourse to the original doc from which your existing large PDF was created.
